When one of the towns in our country faced a flood calamity last summer, we encouraged the people to donate some goods for distribution to families that have been affected. In about two weeks after we made announcements for assistance, we were so surprised to find loads of basic commodities such as rice, canned goods and toiletries being sent to our small centre. We had difficulty finding ways how to store sacks and boxes. Aside from the foods and toiletries, many beddings and used clothing were also donated and brought to the centre. We did not have enough space to work because the whole office space was filled with the goods. We still had to repack and organize them before doing the distribution. So one of my officemates suggested that we temporarily rent fabric structures so that we could store the donations properly and utilize the extra space for repacking. We immediately searched for a fabric structure supplier and got one to use as a storage area.
